We are excited to announce that Valerie Fairwell has accepted a position at T-Mobile where she will serve as Senior Corporate Counsel. In her new job, Valerie will provide legal advice and support for environmental and health and safety compliance issues across the entire T-Mobile organization. Of course, we are sad to see her go as Valerie has been a big part of the Cascadia team for almost a decade. But this was an opportunity too good for her to pass up and we love to see our colleagues elevated to new challenges. Congratulations Valerie!

Louis joins us from the chambers of the Honorable Theresa L. Fricke, District Judge for the Western District of Washington. He previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Robert Leach for the Washington Court of Appeals, Division I.
Louis has worked as an intern for the Natural Resources Defense Council in San Francisco, CA and clerked at the California Attorney General.
