Meghan Gavin Partner

Cascadia Law Group is excited to announce that Meghan Gavin has become a partner at the firm.

Meghan practices environmental, natural resources, and federal Indian law. Her practice includes helping to advance innovative and collaborative solutions to the dual crises of climate change and declining biodiversity. She counsels clients on permitting and regulatory compliance, tribal and stakeholder engagement, and renewable energy transactions. She also assists with state and federal court litigation, including before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Meghan previously clerked in federal district court and interned with the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Section; the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the Natural Resources Defense Council. Her accomplishments have been recognized by the IUCN World Commission on Environmental Law, SuperLawyers, and the Environmental Law Institute’s Emerging Leaders Initiative.
