We do not staff our cases with lots of junior attorneys in training under a senior attorney who may or may not have time for your case. We have learned a leaner staffing approach from our experience with contingent-fee cases, where the time invested is our own. Billing Philosophy
Our lawyers know how to prepare a bill that reflects the true value of our work. We also believe that legal bills should be simpler than they typically are. We pass on our outside costs without a markup of any kind. We also do not charge for routine telephone calls, internal copying, or faxes.
